Our Service integrates with third-party AI model providers (including Claude, GPT-4, and Gemini). By using these features:

  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Your conversations and data are not used to train third-party AI models
  • You must comply with the terms of service of the underlying AI providers

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

Pricing

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing for paid plans is described on our website and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Indemnification
